Module 1
The recordings on this page correspond with the blank staves at the end of Rhythm Module 1 in the third edition of Comprehensive Aural Skills, examples 1.34–45. There is no limit on the number of times you can listen to these recordings. You can use these recordings to work independently on dictation examples not done in class, but we also encourage you to review dictations that were done in class by listening to these recordings, perhaps even trying to notate them again on a blank sheet of staff paper. Mindful listening that includes careful attention to which sounds go with which marks on the page will pay big dividends in future exercises.
